How to level up quickly from level 1 to 25

Be aware: 

• You can only level the pokemon to 10 levels above your trainer level.  So you can not fully max it out until you hit level 40. 
• You can only get XL candy when you reach level 31 (before it is level 40)

The quickest way to level up from level 1 to level 25

1. Raid the Tier 5 boss (XP gain is 10,000). Raid is available for a trainer at level 5 +. Of course, you need several level 35+ trainers to help you. Notice, from level 11 to level 14, each level requires 10,000xp which means doing one tier 5 raid can move a trainer one level up.
2. Mirror trade stage -1 free trade evolution pokemons. Trade is available for a trainer at level 10+.The n wait for every Wednesday 6-7pm spot hour featuring 2XP evolution . Drop an egg. The XPof evolution for one pokemon is 4,000. For 100 evolutions, total XP is 400,000 (To reach level 23, only 435,000 XP is required).  

Here are lists for free trade pokemons (that is, when you trade a Pokemon, its evolution Candy cost is reduced to zero. Otherwise,

100 Candy: Haunter, Graveler, Kadabra, and Machoke.
200 Candy: Boldore, Gurrdurr, Karrablast, Phantump, Pumpkaboo, and Shelmet.

Total XP for level 50 trainers: 176,000,000 (176 millions)

Compare to the 2022 Water Festival Global Challenge, all trainers need to collectively catch 600,000,000 water-type Pokémon to unlock the double catch candy bonus. It is a daunting task.

    On Oct 7, level 11. Did  1 Yveltal raid, did not catch it. 

    On Oct 10, level 19. Have done 3 Gyarados raids and caught them.

So far, caught 289 - 86 = 203  (one trade count as one catch).

• In the current Evolving Star Event ( Oct 5 - Oct 11, 2022) Kadabra and haunter are both stage 1 monsters, they are free trade evolution. 
• Tomorrow, Oct 12, is haunter  spot hours, 2x stardust, with a star piece (900 stardust). I am going to catch Hunter and trade (better to do litwick CD, half trade cost) 
• Oct 25, 2x evolution. Can do 140 /per half (70 evolutions in half hour) for two lucky eggs (XP  is 4,000). 
• Try to level up Aaron to 25.
